Jigsaw believes in empowering people to do their own searching; however, we can provide practical information and emotional support to help you through the search and reunion process … and beyond.
Our Support Group Meetings are designed to invite contribution but you are always free to simply come along to listen and learn.
Application for Membership
All Jigsaw volunteers have been touched by adoption and have satisfactorily completed a Post-Adoption Helping Skills Course that comprises theoretical and practical training which includes regular on-going professional supervision.
First year membership fee of $50 with subsequent annual renewal fee of $30 entitles members to:
- Emotional support by phone or email
- Assistance with your search
- Guide Book …”Putting the pieces together”
- Regular “Bits & Pieces” newsletter
- Access to Jigsaw’s Resource Library
- Referral to professionals and other agencies
- Access to Jigsaw’s monthly Support Group meetings ($5 per meeting for non members)
